Build your company
Everything you set up before work starts.
Company knowledge
Write it in the app or upload text, Markdown, CSV, PDF or Word files. Employees read it, and a Documents page shows every version with full-text search and folders.
AI employees
Hire with a name, role, instructions, model, tools and a manager. Start from a library of 100+ roles. Employees are versioned and form your org chart.
Org chart
See employees as a list or as a top-down chart that fits your screen. Click a card to see what someone is doing, what they cost this month and what they decide.
Your own model access
Bring your own API key for each provider you use: Anthropic, OpenAI or Google. Keys are stored encrypted, and each provider bills you directly.

Tasks, delegation and conversations.
Tasks
Assign a task and watch each step appear as it happens. The result is saved, and a task says up front whether its result is an answer or a document.
Delegation
Managers create real tasks for their reports and carry on with the results. A task's spending cap covers the work delegated under it.
Conversations
Talk to any employee like a direct message. When you ask for work, it proposes a task card that you start with one click.
Projects
Group work toward one goal with a start and end date. Every task in a project starts from the project's goal and what has already finished.
Department context
Summaries of finished work and managers' direction flow to the people below and beside them, so teams work from the same picture.

Spending caps
Set caps per task and per company. Reaching one pauses the task and asks you in the inbox, where you raise the cap or cancel.
One inbox
Questions, spending-cap pauses and hire requests wait on you in one place. Questions can offer ready answers and quote the documents they are about.
Employees stay in their role
Each employee gets only the tools its role permits and escalates what falls outside it. A role check reviews work before it takes effect.
Documents are the official record
Employees state as fact only what your documents say. Anything else is a claim, with its source named.
